With mountain biking from spring to fall, and fat biking in the winter months – there's lots of space to ride when it comes to Northumberland off-road cycling. (60 km)

  • Set in 2226 hectares (5,500 acres) of managed forest, the Northumberland County Forest offers lots of choice for mountain bike trails.
  • Enter via the Beagle Club Rd. trailhead to access real, rugged Ontario cycling.
  • With lots of hills, you'll discover diverse topography set in the Oak Ridges Moraine and the Black Oak Savanna.person riding bike on pine carpeted trail in forest
  • Challenge yourself at all three main mountain bike areas: the Beagle Club Trails, the Woodland Trails and the Blue Trail, which is a single-track trail only.
  • In the winter, head to the Woodland Trails to try fat biking on 3, 7 or 9km looped routes.

Visit the Northumberland County Forest for more information on the mountain bike trails mentioned here.
