Pick from 16 boat launches and marinas to launch or float your boat. Fuel-up with great food at a nearby restaurant before you launch.

Fishing

Cast off on Rice Lake, one of Ontario’s most productive inland fisheries. Here, you’ll find more than 15 species of fish in 16 fishing areas.

Golf

Book a tee-off time at any of our 11 golf courses. Play a relaxing round in our rolling hills. Many courses offer scenic hilltop views.

Birding

Bird-watch in any one of 15 conservation areas, many with diverse habitats due to the Lake Ontario or Rice Lake shorelines. Presqu’ile Park is popular with birders.

Snowmobiling

Hop on your sled to see what the Greenbelt looks like as a winter wonderland. Travel through Northumberland’s well-groomed trails.

Beaches

Explore our sandy beaches. Scour our shoreline nooks and crannies. Take a freshwater dip or spot a lighthouse. See why beachcombers are at home here.
